Paul Walsh leads The Stratagem Manager consultancy. He is a highly experienced senior operations manager within the Medical device / Pharma industry. Paul has developed a deep focus on strategy and change management and specializes in knowledge acquisition and implementation for the client organization. He helps move the dial from stasis to action and draws upon his many years managing complex operations to ensure client business objectives are fully achieved. Paul has written and presented many programmes on strategy and change management and has delivered such programmes to management in many well known multinational corporations and as adjunct lecturer to third level institutions such as University College Cork. He pays particular attention to relationship building with all clients and works seamlessly across all operating environments. Paul holds a BA (Sociology & English) from UCC, a postgraduate Diploma in Operations Management from the Irish Management Institute and a Master’s degree (LLM) in Law from the University of Wales.
